DEFINITIONS |

12 month period |
The period starts from the date of the first dismissal. One 12 full
months have passed the offence no longer counts towards the accumulated
totals, but will be recorded and kept for further reference. |

Fines |
Fines are applied to adults only. Fines are not to be applied to
youth players but may be applied against the youth team. |
|
3) |
Games suspended |
This is the number of games that the person is suspended for. This
starts from the next game following offense. All suspensions are
to be served in consecutive games. It does not include tournament
or exhibition games. Games suspensions not served served in
the initial season carry over to the next season. Outdoor suspensions
are to be served outdoor and indoor suspensions are to be served
indoor. Changes to this are at the discression of the disciplinarian. |

Leaving Playing Area |
This is defined as leaving sight and sound of playing area. |
|

|
While under suspension from all soccer activity a person is not
allowed to: |
|
May Play in any CSA/MSA sanctioned game or tournament only at the
discression of the disciplinary committee |
|
Sign for any CSA/MSA registered club. |
|
Act in any capacity as an executive or official with any CSA/MSA
registered club or association. |
|
Communicate with any team player or official with the purpose to
coach or advise during any sanctioned game. |
|
Players attend any soccer game as a spectator but is not allowed
to be within fifty (50) meters of a registered clubs team bench
outdoors. For indoor facilities the person must remain in
the spectator area, may not enter the field of play or team bench
area at any time. |
|
Team officials may not attend games as a spectator. This is defined
as keeping away from sight or sound of a match involving the team
or teams they are registered with. |
